Yes, That’s Me
If you found me through a video, you probably know me as @YoungerYouDoc. Same person. Dr. Jeremiah Jimerson, DC — a chiropractor practicing at 761 St Andrews Blvd in West Ashley, Charleston, South Carolina, for over 20 years.
In 2022 a short video I posted about a two-minute wrist technique for falling asleep went around the world. It was picked up by news outlets across the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Most of them credited the handle rather than my name, which is why patients sometimes tell me they had no idea the guy from the video practices ten minutes from their house.

Why a Sleep Video and Not a Spine Video
People ask why the thing that travelled was about sleep. The honest answer is that it’s the same idea as everything else I do: the place you feel the problem often isn’t where the problem lives. A wrist point that settles your nervous system enough to sleep is the same principle as a shoulder that hurts because of a nerve in your neck.
That’s the whole practice. Find what’s actually causing your pain →
